Xin Yi San (Magnolia Flower Formula)

TCM actions: Disperses wind, opens the nasal orifices, relieves congestion.

Commonly used for: Wind-cold obstructing the nose: blocked nose with clear or white discharge, sneezing, loss of smell, frontal headache, and a heavy head.

Tongue and pulse: Thin white coat. Floating pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
