Collection: Skincare

Facial care across the five elements: cleansers, toners, serums, crèmes, masks, and eye care.

The order to use them in

Cleanse, tone, serum, moisturize, and sunscreen in the morning. Thinnest to thickest, always. A serum applied over a crème sits on top of it and does nothing.

You do not need all of it. Most people do well with a cleanser, one targeted serum, and a moisturizer.

Choosing your serum

This is where the decision actually matters, and the answer depends on what your skin is doing rather than your age.

Dry and tight? Restore Hyaluronic Serum. Three ingredients, fragrance-free, pure hydration.

Losing firmness? Release Copper Peptide Serum. GHK-Cu is the best-evidenced peptide for skin structure.

Texture and fine lines, but retinol irritates you? Calm Bakuchiol Serum. A plant-based alternative that skips the peeling.

Expression lines that look deeper than they used to? Flow Peptide Wrinkle Serum, with Argireline.

Congestion and enlarged pores? Release Detox Charcoal Mask, once or twice a week rather than daily.

One thing worth knowing

Do not layer the Copper Peptide products with vitamin C in the same application. They compete. Use one in the morning and one at night, or alternate days.

If your skin changed with weight loss, a GLP-1 medication, or perimenopause, Skin Through Change has the routine built for it.

And if the problem is a skin condition rather than a skin concern, eczema, rosacea, acne that will not clear, that is usually an inside job. I go through the workup in skin from the inside out.
