Collection: Pure Integrative

Handcrafted Chinese herbal topicals and candles, formulated by Dr. Stacee Munroe, OMD, L.Ac.

Pure Integrative pairs traditional Chinese formulas with the rigor of modern clinical practice. Every product is made in small batches, rooted in TCM herbal medicine, and used on real patients before it is sold to anyone.

Why this line exists

It started with a gap. Patients kept asking what to use at home, and the honest answer was that most of what I could point them to was either a vendor's marketing copy or a formula built to a price rather than to a pattern. So I built the ones I wanted to hand them.

The topicals came first, because a liniment for a fresh bruise and a lotion for an old tendon injury are opposite medicines and almost nobody sells both with the difference explained.

The Five Elements

Wǔ Xíng (五行) maps the body and the seasons to five elements, and each series carries its own scent and its own intention.

Calm is Fire, governing the Heart. Neroli, rose and amber. Built for radiance and circulation.

Center is Earth, governing the Spleen. Vanilla, cardamom and clove. Built for grounding and foundational moisture.

Flow is Wood, governing the Liver. Mandarin, cypress and patchouli. Built for smooth movement and fine-line softening.

Release is Metal, governing the Lung, which governs the skin. Lemongrass, lavender and amber. Built for clarity and skin structure.

Restore is Water, governing the Kidney. Cedar, frankincense and vanilla. Built for deep hydration and longevity.

You do not need to know any of that to use the products. It is why they smell and behave the way they do.

Where to start

If you want to find your scent first, the Discovery Set is five fragrance mists for $99.

If your skin is changing with weight loss, a GLP-1 medication, or perimenopause, go to Skin Through Change.

If you are dealing with pain, Topical Relief has the liniments, and the herb write-ups explain what is in them.
