TCM actions: Warms and unblocks the channels, dispels wind-damp, transforms phlegm, invigorates blood.

Commonly used for: Chronic wind-cold-damp with phlegm and stasis lodged in the channels: fixed cold aching pain of the limbs, numbness, stiffness, and reduced range of motion after long-standing injury.

Tongue and pulse: Pale purple tongue with a white greasy coat. Deep, wiry or slow pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
