TCM actions: Dries dampness, strengthens the Spleen, moves qi, disperses food stagnation.

Commonly used for: Dampness and food stagnation in the middle jiao: epigastric and abdominal distension with pain, belching, acid regurgitation, loss of appetite, and a heavy body.

Tongue and pulse: Thick white greasy coat. Slippery pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
