TCM actions: Clears heat, eliminates fire toxin, cools blood, disperses clumping.

Commonly used for: Fire toxin sores: red hot painful boils, carbuncles, abscesses, and furuncles with a hard centre, sometimes with fever and chills.

Tongue and pulse: Red tongue with a yellow coat. Rapid pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
