Wu Mei Wan (Mume Formula)

TCM actions: Warms the organs, drains heat, calms roundworms, treats the mixed cold and heat interior.

Commonly used for: Long-standing mixed cold above and heat below: chronic diarrhea, intermittent abdominal pain, cold limbs with an irritable heat sensation in the chest, and vomiting after eating.

Tongue and pulse: Variable coat. Wiry pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
