Wen Qing Yin (Tangkuei & Gardenia Combination)

TCM actions: Nourishes and invigorates blood, drains fire, eliminates toxins.

Commonly used for: Blood deficiency with lingering fire toxin: chronic dry itchy skin lesions, dark red eruptions, recurring rashes that flare with heat and stress, and irregular menstruation with dryness.

Tongue and pulse: Red tongue with a thin yellow coat. Thin, rapid pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
