TCM actions: Regulates qi, transforms phlegm, clears the Gallbladder, harmonizes the Stomach.

Commonly used for: Phlegm-heat disturbing the Gallbladder and Stomach: insomnia with a busy mind, easily startled, palpitations, nausea, dizziness, bitter taste, chest oppression, and vivid disturbing dreams.

Tongue and pulse: Greasy yellow coat. Slippery, rapid pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
