Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan (Ginseng & Zizyphus Formula)

TCM actions: Enriches yin, nourishes blood, tonifies the Heart, calms the shen.

Commonly used for: Heart and Kidney yin deficiency with shen disturbance: difficulty falling asleep, palpitations, anxiety, poor memory, mouth and tongue sores, night sweats, spontaneous emissions, and dry stool.

Tongue and pulse: Red tongue with little coat. Thin, rapid pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
