TCM actions: Spreads Liver qi, harmonizes Liver and Spleen, vents constrained yang.

Commonly used for: Liver qi constraint with cold hands and feet from constrained yang, hypochondriac and epigastric fullness, irritability, alternating bowel patterns, and abdominal pain that worsens with stress.

Tongue and pulse: Thin white coat. Wiry pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
