Shu Gan Tang (Bupleurum & Evodia Combination)

TCM actions: Spreads Liver qi, harmonizes Liver and Stomach, relieves pain.

Commonly used for: Liver qi invading the Stomach with epigastric and hypochondriac distending pain, acid reflux, belching, nausea, poor appetite, and symptoms that worsen with stress.

Tongue and pulse: Thin white coat. Wiry pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
