TCM actions: Warmly tonifies qi and blood.

Commonly used for: Deep qi and blood deficiency with cold: chronic fatigue, pale complexion, cold limbs, dizziness, shortness of breath, poor appetite, slow-healing sores, and prolonged convalescence after illness, surgery, or blood loss.

Tongue and pulse: Pale tongue with a thin white coat. Thin, weak pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
