TCM actions: Moves qi and blood, disperses clumping, reduces swelling.

Commonly used for: Qi and blood stagnation with firm painful lumps or nodules, particularly of the breast, in early stages before suppuration.

Tongue and pulse: Purple or normal tongue. Wiry pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
