Sang Piao Xiao San (Mantis Formula)

TCM actions: Tonifies Heart and Kidney, secures jing, stops leakage of urine.

Commonly used for: Heart and Kidney deficiency with failure to hold: frequent urination, incontinence, bedwetting in children, cloudy urine, spontaneous emissions, forgetfulness, disturbed sleep.

Tongue and pulse: Pale tongue with a white coat. Thin, weak pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
