TCM actions: Tonifies Kidney and Spleen, secures jing, stops leakage.

Commonly used for: Kidney deficiency with failure to hold: frequent or dribbling urination, nocturia, spontaneous emissions, chronic vaginal discharge, soreness of the lower back.

Tongue and pulse: Pale tongue with a thin white coat. Deep, weak pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
