TCM actions: Dries dampness, transforms phlegm, moves qi, disperses accumulation.

Commonly used for: Stubborn phlegm-damp accumulation with chest and epigastric oppression, a heavy body, copious sputum, dizziness, numbness, and soft nodules under the skin.

Tongue and pulse: Thick white greasy coat. Slippery, wiry pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
