TCM actions: Disperses wind, relieves headache and pain.

Commonly used for: Wind headache: pain at the vertex, temples, or one side, dizziness, nasal congestion, aversion to wind and cold. Traditionally used for headaches that come and go with weather changes.

Tongue and pulse: Thin white coat. Floating pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
