Chai Ge Jie Ji Tang (Bupleurum & Pueraria Combination)

TCM actions: Releases the exterior, clears interior heat, resolves the muscle layer.

Commonly used for: An exterior pattern moving into the yang ming and shao yang: fever with mild chills, headache, stiff and aching neck, shoulders, and eye sockets, dry nose, irritability, insomnia.

Tongue and pulse: Thin white or slightly yellow coat. Floating, slightly flooding pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
