TCM actions: Dispels wind, opens the nasal orifices, relieves pain.

Commonly used for: Wind attacking the nose and sinuses with nasal congestion, thick or turbid discharge, loss of smell, frontal headache and facial pressure.

Tongue and pulse: Thin white coat. Floating pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.

Granules (100 g bottle) or capsules (100 capsules, 0.5 g each). Evergreen Classics #2072.
