TCM actions: Strengthens the Spleen, dries dampness, transforms phlegm, extinguishes wind.

Commonly used for: Wind-phlegm rising to the head with dizziness or vertigo, heavy head sensation, nausea, chest and epigastric fullness, poor appetite.

Tongue and pulse: Swollen tongue with a white greasy coat. Wiry, slippery pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
