Bai He Gu Jin Tang (Lily Combination)

TCM actions: Nourishes Lung and Kidney yin, clears deficiency heat, transforms phlegm, stops cough.

Commonly used for: Lung yin deficiency with a chronic dry cough, scanty sticky or blood-streaked sputum, dry sore throat that worsens at night, afternoon fever, night sweats, hot palms and soles.

Tongue and pulse: Red tongue with little coat. Thin, rapid pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
