TCM actions: Warms and tonifies Kidney yang, transforms qi, promotes urination.

Commonly used for: Kidney yang deficiency with cold and soreness of the lower back and knees, cold limbs, fatigue, urinary frequency at night or difficult urination, lower abdominal tension.

Tongue and pulse: Pale, swollen tongue with a white coat. Deep, weak pulse, especially at the proximal position.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
