Also known as: San Huang Shui Gao, Skin Calming Cream S, Three Yellows Cream.
The three yellows in a simple jojoba and shea base. Seventeen ingredients, nothing decorative.
This is the one for skin that is eroded or weeping. Where the surface is dry rather than wet, Chuan Xin Lian Shui Gao is the better fit.
What's doing the work
- Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis), Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) and Huang Qin (Scutellaria baicalensis). The classical San Huang trio, all three high on the list.
- Da Huang (Rheum palmatum) sits with them.
- Jojoba, shea and cocoa butter for the base, with bisabolol to take the sting out.
How to use
Apply 2 to 3 times a day.
Pairs well with
San Huang Ding is the tincture in the same pair, for areas a cream cannot sit on. Follow either with Zi Cao Shui Gao once absorbed.
