Also known as: San Huang Ding, S Tincture, Three Yellows Tincture.
Five ingredients. Alcohol, water, and the three yellows. That is it.
The tincture version of San Huang Shui Gao, for scalp, skin folds and anywhere a cream would sit wet and make things worse.
What's doing the work
- Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis), Huang Bai (Phellodendron amurense) and Huang Qin (Scutellaria baicalensis), in that order and nothing else besides the alcohol and water carrying them.
How to use
Apply twice a day and let it dry naturally.
Pairs well with
Follow with an emollient once dry, since alcohol will dry the skin. San Huang Shui Gao is the cream version for areas that will tolerate one.
