RUN ZU SHUI GAO - Hand & Foot Cream

Also known as: Run Zu Shui Gao, Hand & Foot Cream, Nourishing Hand & Foot Cream.

Urea is second on the list, which tells you what this is for. Thick, cracked, built-up skin on palms and soles that a normal moisturiser slides off.

Urea does two jobs at once here: it holds water and it loosens hardened surface.

What's doing the work

• Urea at a working concentration, the reason this handles fissured heels when a lighter cream will not.
• Gan Cao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Chinese licorice) to soften and settle.
• Shea, cocoa butter and jojoba for the occlusive side.
• Bisabolol and panthenol for skin that has split and stings.

How to use

Apply 3 to 5 times a day. At night, apply thickly and cover with cotton gloves or socks.

Pairs well with

Where feet are dry and scaling, soak in Cu Pao Fang first. Bai Ji Gao is the ointment version for fingertips.
