Also known as: Cu Pao Fang, Vinegar Soak.
A brown rice vinegar soak with six herbs in it. For hands and feet where the skin has gone dry, scaly or blistering.
One bottle goes a long way, because you pour the liquid back and reuse it.
What's doing the work
- Mi Cu (brown rice vinegar) is the base and the active. Vinegar softens hardness and the acidity is most of the point.
- Zao Jiao (Gleditsia japonica) and Da Feng Zi (Hydnocarpus anthelminthicus).
- Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia) and Jing Jie (Schizonepeta) for the surface.
- Hong Hua (safflower) and Gou Qi (Lycium chinense).
How to use
Soak the affected hands or feet for 15 to 20 minutes, once or twice a day. Pour the liquid back into the bottle afterwards and reuse it. Discard after ten uses.
Pairs well with
Soak first, dry thoroughly, then apply Ti Xuan Gao or Ti Xuan Ding. On cracked heels, Run Zu Shui Gao afterwards.
