TCM actions: Nourishes Liver and Kidney yin and brightens the eyes.

Commonly used for: Liver and Kidney yin deficiency affecting the eyes: dry, gritty, or tired eyes, blurred or diminishing vision, photophobia, excessive tearing in wind, floaters, night blindness.

Tongue and pulse: Red tongue with little coat. Thin, rapid pulse.

Dosing: Standard adult dose is 6 to 10 g of granules per day, or 12 capsules per day, divided. Acute or severe presentations may go higher. Your dose is set on your intake, not on the bottle.
